An intra-workout drink only works if you finish it, and the reason most tubs get abandoned is flavour fatigue. R1 BCAA comes in seven, which is more than almost anything else at this price.
Underneath the range it is a straightforward, well-made BCAA: 5g per serving of leucine, isoleucine and valine in the 2:1:1 ratio the research is built on. The aminos are micronized, which is what stops them floating on top of the water the way untreated BCAA powder does. Mixed into 8oz of cold water it is something to sip through a session rather than drink in one go.
A tub holds 30 servings.
Pick from Peach Mango, Pineapple, Fruit Punch, Watermelon, Orange, Grape or Blue Raspberry.
