RAW CBUM Itholate Protein 5LBS

After a session that actually took something out of you, the last thing you want is a thick, heavy shake sitting in your stomach. This one is built to go down easily and get to work.

RAW use 100% micro-filtered whey protein isolate, formulated and flavoured by Chris Bumstead, five-time Mr Olympia, whose signature is on the tub. Each 31.1g scoop gives 25g of protein for 110 calories, with zero fat and 3g of carbohydrate, and the ingredient list stays short: isolate, flavouring, salt, a gum blend, cinnamon and sucralose. Every batch is tested for potency and purity.

The 5LBS tub holds 72 servings, which is most of half a year at one shake a day, and a single scoop in 250 to 350ml of water is all it asks for.

It comes in Vanilla Oatmeal Cookie, a warm, biscuity take on vanilla rather than a plain one, with the cinnamon in the formula doing the work. It contains milk, and RAW intend it for healthy adults over 18.
