Nature's Truth Berberine HCL 500mg 60 Capsules

Berberine is a compound found in barberry, goldenseal and several other plants, and it has a long history in traditional wellness practice. It has moved into the mainstream over the last few years as one of the botanicals people take alongside a body composition plan.

Nature's Truth use the hydrochloride form, which is the more stable and better utilised of the two you will see on shelves, worth knowing, because berberine's absorption is the usual sticking point with it. Each capsule carries a clean 500mg with no artificial colours, additives or preservatives, so you can set your own intake rather than being locked into whatever a blend decided for you. It supports metabolic health and adds antioxidant support against oxidative stress.

The bottle holds 60 Capsules, and they are vegetarian and non-GMO.
