MuscleTech Nitro-Tech Whey Gold 5LBS

Plenty of proteins hit their numbers and still end up at the back of the cupboard because nobody wants to drink them. MuscleTech Nitro-Tech Whey Gold is aimed squarely at people who want the macros and the taste in the same tub.

It is built on whey protein concentrate, isolate and hydrolysed whey, delivering 24g of protein per scoop with 5.5g of BCAAs and added glutamine. At around 130 calories a serving with 2.5g of fat, it stays lean enough to use in a cut without eating into your daily numbers, and it is gluten free.

The 5LBS tub carries 68 servings, so it lasts through months of consistent training.

Choose Double Rich Chocolate, the flavour the range is best known for and the safe pick if you drink a shake every day, or Cookies & Cream, which carries real cookie pieces and so runs slightly higher in carbohydrate than its sibling. Both contain milk and soy.
