Futurebiotics Probiotic 50 Billion CFU plus Prebiotic is a 16 strain blend of freeze dried Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium cultures, giving 50 billion CFU per 2 capsule serving at the time of manufacture.
The strains are L. plantarum, L. casei, L. paracasei, L. fermentum, B. lactis, L. rhamnosus, L. acidophilus, L. reuteri, B. breve, L. salivarius, L. gasseri, L. brevis, B. bifidum, L. bulgaricus, B. infantis and B. longum. Each serving adds 100mg of inulin as a prebiotic fibre, with pineapple fruit extract and apple polyphenols.
The bottle holds 60 vegetarian capsules, a 30 day supply. Adults take 2 capsules a day, ideally with food. Lab tested, GMO free, free of gluten and soy. Not for use during pregnancy or nursing; if you take medication, check with your doctor first.
