Blade Sport Whey Protein 5LBS

Most protein labels tell you it is a blend and leave it there. Blade Sport publish the actual split, which is a small thing that tells you a lot. It means the ratio is a decision rather than whatever was cheapest that month.

The formula is 76% ultrafiltered whey concentrate and 11% whey isolate, giving 21g of protein and 4.5g of BCAAs per serving. Running the two together produces a multi-stage release: the isolate fraction arrives quickly, the concentrate keeps aminos coming behind it, which suits a shake doing general duty across the day rather than only covering the window after training. There are no added sugars. What is there occurs naturally in the milk.

The 5LBS tub holds 75 servings, which is a long run for one purchase.
