A single fast protein empties out of your system quickly. If you want amino acids arriving over hours rather than minutes, the source matters as much as the dose, which is the thinking behind BioTechUSA Protein Power.
It combines three proteins: soy isolate, whey concentrate and calcium caseinate, each digesting at its own pace for a longer release. On top of that, every 30g serving carries 26g of protein and 1,500mg of creatine monohydrate, so your strength work is supported in the same scoop. BioTechUSA keeps it sugar-free, lactose-free, fat-free and gluten-free.
The 1kg tub holds 33 servings, taken as one after training and one between meals.
Available in Chocolate, Vanilla or Strawberry Banana, each mixing into 300 to 350ml of water.
