Basix L-Glutamine 300G

Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue, and it is one of the few supplements people buy for what it is rather than what it promises. This is a single-ingredient tub with nothing else in it.

Each 5g scoop is 5000mg of micronised L-glutamine, and that is the entire ingredient list. Micronising reduces the particle size so it disperses in water instead of sitting on the surface. It is unflavoured, so it goes into a protein shake, juice or water without changing how any of them taste, which makes it easy to keep taking.

The 300G tub holds 60 servings, two full months at one scoop a day, and the scoop is included. Basix suggest it after training or between meals, and it stacks with anything else in the cupboard without interfering.
