Bad Ass Crea 300G

Creatine monohydrate is the most researched sports supplement there is, and it is still the benchmark. The argument for a blend is not that monohydrate falls short. It is that the other forms dissolve and sit differently, which matters if plain monohydrate has ever left you bloated.

Bad Ass Crea runs four forms together: creatine monohydrate, tri-creatine malate, creatine magnesium chelate and creatine HCl, adding up to 5g of total creatine per serving. Each is absorbed on a slightly different route and each has different solubility, which is the point of combining them rather than doubling up on one. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, the authorised claim, and the reason it belongs in almost any strength routine.
