Hydrolysing breaks the protein into shorter chains before it reaches you, so digestion has less work to do and the aminos arrive faster. Each scoop gives 25g of protein with 5.5g of BCAAs, of which 2.7g is L-leucine, the amino acid that actually triggers muscle protein synthesis.
